Sharon Menyacho
Principal & 2–3 Year Old Class Teacher
Sharon Menyacho is the Principal of Bright Bears Educare and the dedicated teacher for the 2–3-year-old class. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn.
Sharon believes that children learn best through play, meaningful interactions, and having their voices heard. She is committed to supporting each child's holistic development by nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Recognising that every child is unique, Sharon fosters an inclusive classroom where important values such as kindness, respect, empathy, and sharing are encouraged every day. She believes that young children learn by observing those around them, and she strives to model positive behaviour while creating a welcoming environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to explore.
As Principal, Sharon is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that Bright Bears Educare provides the highest quality early childhood education. She is deeply committed to nurturing young minds and helping every child build the confidence, curiosity, and skills needed for lifelong learning.
Chrystelle Menyacho
3–4 Year Old Class Teacher
Chrystelle Menyacho is a passionate Educare teacher with over 9 years of experience nurturing children from 3 months to 5 years through holistic early childhood development. She is the dedicated teacher for the 3–4-year-old class at Bright Bears Educare.
Chrystelle believes that the first 1,000 days of a child's life lay the foundation for lifelong learning and development. Her classroom is built on play-based learning, an emergent curriculum, and strong partnerships with parents to create a supportive and engaging learning journey.
She is passionate about creating inclusive, language-rich environments that encourage cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Through themed activities such as storytelling, sensory play, music and movement, and early numeracy and literacy experiences, she inspires curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
Chrystelle believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating start in life, and she considers it a privilege to help build the foundation for each child's future.
Delia Africa
4–5 Year Old Class Teacher
Delia Africa is an Early Childhood Development (ECD) teacher for the 4–5-year-old class at Bright Bears Educare. She is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where children feel happy, confident, and excited to learn.
Delia believes that every child is unique and learns best through play, exploration, creativity, and positive encouragement. Her role is to guide and support each child's development through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and build confidence.
Her teaching approach focuses on fostering strong relationships, encouraging independence, and making learning both enjoyable and purposeful. She values patience and strives to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued. Through storytelling, music, and creative activities, Delia brings learning to life while promoting kindness, respect, and teamwork.
Delia believes that strong partnerships with parents are essential to supporting each child's growth and development. She is committed to continuous professional learning, ensuring she provides the best possible foundation for every child in her care.
